At Sculpd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened kits and supplies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that clay and paints are sealed to prevent drying or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
